He owns the end-to-end architecture—from low-latency, real-time "audio-to-audio" pipelines and autonomous voice agents to scalable enterprise integrations, cross-channel automation, and the centralized governance layer that binds the ecosystem together. His technical leadership ensures that every product is interconnected, performant, and built to reliably power high-volume corporate communication at scale.

Autophone Intelligent Development Team (AIDT)

Abdelrahman leads the Autophone Intelligent Development Team (AIDT)—an international engineering team spanning multiple countries and disciplines. As CTO, he directs the team's engineering strategy, architecture decisions, and execution across the full Autophone ecosystem, overseeing the development of advanced tools like AutoCanvas and cross-channel automation systems. His approach to technology and team leadership emphasizes speed, architectural elegance, and robust execution at a global scale.
